Lakeview Terrace Association is the WA state recognized non-profit entity that owns, governs, and oversees the land use of Lakeview Terrace Association Park property(s).
Lakeview Terrace association deals only with matters related to Lakeview Terrace Park Property[s].

Lakeview Terrace Association board members are elected from amongst the property owners to manage the park:
-President
-Vice President
-Secretary
-Treasurer
-2 trustees representing up-hill parcels
-2 trustees representing down-hill parcels

Our beach is deeded to the 48 total parcels of Lakeview Terrace neighborhood for A-membership access. Access is not open to the general public or to any parcels outside the Lakeview Terrace parcel boundary.
Each member parcel allows for one family membership.
Dues are paid annually. Due April 1.

Annual Mooring (when available): $150/yr
